  • A collaborative culture – Teachers throughout the school will have conversations with each other, learn from each other and make instructional decisions based on the collective knowledge of the group.  
  • A focus on results – Teachers are empowered to make decisions based on evidence.  Teachers will use common assessments to collect data about student progress and adjust curriculum and instruction as needed.
